About Safely

Safely is on a mission to reduce fleet incidents and fatalities.

With a renewed mission to reduce incidents, we developed Safely. Safely is a fleet safety product that provides a comprehensive solution to improve the safety of their drivers and reduce accidents.

The product is powered by an in-house risk expert group that leverages driver bahaviour data, driver behavioural knowledge, and various tools and interventions to reduce crashes and fatalities. The combination of technology and expert knowledge allows Safely to deliver a low-effort, effective solution for improving the safety of fleets.

The Team:
Jack

Having worked with hundreds of fleets and seeing the variance in the high performers and poor performers in relation to incident history and safety, Jack set about to build Safely, a solution that allows all fleets to reduce incidents and improve driver behaviour through leveraging behavioural modification techniques and technology.

A Bsc. Financial and a Prof Dip. Fintech, Jack brings an analytical approach to Safety. Understanding the need for simplicity and ease of use, Safely is a company that combines technology and behavioural psychology to reduce accidents.

Transpoco Safety Offering

Originally conceived as a way to enhance Transpoco’s safety offering and ensure customers fully maximised their telematics solutions, we soon recognised that many more fleets were being underserved by their current safety solutions. This insight drove us to expand our focus and develop a more comprehensive approach to fleet safety.

Beta Manual Testing

Recognising that improving driver behaviour is a complex challenge, we embarked on an extensive beta testing phase to fully understand the requirements of this ambitious project. By onboarding initial customers and experimenting with various approaches, we gained valuable insights into what truly works to enhance driver safety. This hands-on testing allowed us to refine our methods, ensuring that our solutions effectively address the nuances of driver behaviour across different fleets.

Technical Validation

Dedicated to delivering a feasible technical solution that effectively reduces incidents across all fleets, we embarked on an intensive phase of testing and validating our technical solution at scale. Our goal was to ensure that our solution truly delivers results at scale, distinguishing Safely as more than just another software—it’s a transformative tool that consistently drives down incidents and enhances fleet safety industry-wide.

Recognising the importance of combining cutting-edge technology with behavioural psychology, we partnered with Trinity College Dublin to develop a research-backed approach to transforming driver behaviour. This collaboration ensures that Safely not only enhances fleet safety but also delivers tangible benefits to every driver, rooted in scientific insights and proven methodologies. Scaling

After achieving exceptional results during our technical validation phase, where we demonstrated incident reduction rates exceeding 70%, we have begun scaling our solution globally. Our mission is to bring these transformative safety benefits to fleets and drivers around the world.
